Office chairs are our biggest line — executive and task chairs in leather or fabric. We also build dining chairs and table sets, and leisure seating: lounge swivel chairs, accent armchairs and bar stools. See products for the families.

It depends on the model and how custom it is. A stock design in a standard colour has a lower MOQ than a fully bespoke build with your own cover and packaging. Send the model and quantity and we'll give you a real number, not a placeholder.

We build and bench-test to BIFMA and to the relevant EN seating standards. We don't claim held certificates we can't show. When your order needs a stamped third-party report, we arrange testing through a lab such as SGS or TÜV and quote the test fee up front.

Both. OEM means you bring the spec and we build it under your brand. ODM means you bring a market and a price and we develop the chair on our own mechanisms and designs. See the OEM / ODM page for how each runs.

We only put real photos of our own chairs on this site. Our office and leisure lines are photographed; our dining line isn't yet, so we use an illustration there rather than a stock image of a chair we didn't make. Ask and we'll send current production photos and samples.

It varies by model and whether it ships knocked-down or assembled. Knocked-down packing raises the count and lowers freight per chair. We give you the 40HQ loading plan with the quote so your landed cost is accurate.

Samples are usually days. Production lead time depends on quantity, customisation and tooling — typically a few weeks for a standard run after sample sign-off. We commit to a date with the quote and tell you if a change pushes it.
